of the materials we use in manufacture are recyclable, for
example polystyrene is re-ground and re-melted to form the base
of many products. The soft foams are reground and moulded to make chip-foam block which is used extensively in the packaging and furniture industry. |

| This gives us a 100% recycling facility for these materials and as part of our environmental policy we endeavour to recycle as much of our waste as possible. As a part of our policy we compact all waste and off-cut polystyrene that can be put into the recycling system and we offer this service to any customer that may have surplus polystyrene for disposal.
